I've joined several gyms in Tampa but Crunch Fitness Palms is my favorite. It's only $10 for a membership, but the gym is insanely busy during midday hours. The equipment is old and not in good condition, and the management is not up to par. The management and staff of the fitness center are also very poor. I gave it a rating of one star out of five.
